Establishing a Branch in Taiwan: April 2017
In April 2017, VIVO established its Taiwan branch to address the rapid growth of its business. Given the tight timeline for defining operational processes and management strategies, the company conducted a thorough evaluation of service providers. Enhanced Logistics with ArgoERP
Mr. Zeng Si Mi, an ArgoERP consultant, explained that prior to the ERP implementation, logistics teams had to manually relay shipping details to transportation providers. This often resulted in delays and errors for large shipments. Now, ArgoERP generates delivery slips automatically upon confirmation, streamlining the shipping process and enhancing response times for urgent orders from retailers.

Transition to Electronic Receipts
On January 19, 2017, Taiwan’s Ministry of Finance amended regulations requiring all businesses to adopt electronic receipts starting January 1, 2020. In response, VIVO integrated an Electronic Receipt Management Module into its ERP system. This seamless integration eliminated redundant data entry, reduced human errors, and facilitated direct uploads to the national tax authority's platform, entirely paperless. This innovation significantly lowered operational costs.
