     Manufacturing Execution System (MES) is the most widely used system in the manufacturing industry. Able to integrate with machines to collect data and control the entire production process. 

     MES covers since production planning, purchase order information, calculating raw materials to match BOM, controlling the production process, collecting data and monitoring production quality.

     All production data will be linked in each product as well as being able to create a “Product Resume”.

ARESMES MODULES

Production Management (WIP)

     WIP Module is the core of the entire ciMes system, and it provides MES transactions of different standards. After the factory setting has been set up, and WIP offline is established, the factory can manage its production line based on its factory setting. At the same time, the system will provide detailed production records, making production analysis, statistical process management, and order tracking of other modules easier to manage.

Material Management (MMS)

     Materials management is an important factor in production management. Despite not being the major monitoring product, it relates to the overall production route and production costs of the factory. Materials management system provides the following management history records and document printing functions.

Preventive Maintenance (PM)

     Since equipment is the most important asset to a factory, maintenance cannot be ignored. The maintenance of equipment and parts is closely related to their setting, type, and model. The information can be extracted from MES system.

Carrier Management System​​​​​​​ (CMS)

     During production, the carrier will carry production batch to different station and equipment. Carrier Management system manages these carriers based on their type, condition and action.

Quality Control​​​​​​​ (QC)

     Quality Control collects needed information during production and utilizes statistical analysis. When abnormal problems are encountered, the system will deal with them immediately to lower production losses. Therefore, QC system includes On-Line SPC, stressing out that it provides quick and efficient features. The system will discover any errors before any problems appear and launch improvement.

Alarm Management (ALM)

     The ALM system will send out notification via Email, massege, or other means to warn its users any production problems such as abnormal SPC. The system will also remind staff of any needed operations such as equipment PM. Equipment or IT staff will receive the information immediately, thus avoiding any production damage or loss.

Label Management System​​​​​​​ (LMS)

     Since factories often use lot numbers from purchasing to shipping to manage materials and batch components, they can record items in detail with Label Management System from MES to print customized labels.

Report and Dash Board

     Dash Board visualizes both production process and production information such as WIP status, deployment, material status, quality management, equipment maintenance, safety, operational manual and so on. It is an effective and flexible tool for factory to optimize production process, adjust to changing demands, and achieve visualized and just-in time manufacturing.
