LIXIN Company, a renowned leading Chinese skincare cosmetics manufacturer, offers both ODM and OEM services. It employs over 800 people and operates a fully automated production system that adheres to high-quality standards. Before implementing the ArgoMES system, LIXIN relied heavily on manual labor for its production processes. Reports and costs were handled through an ERP system, but lacked strict oversight, resulting in inaccurate and non-transparent data, creating management inefficiencies.

ARES consultants assisted in redesigning LIXIN’s workflows, eliminating 80% of paperwork. The company previously handled over 60 sheets of paper per day, with many tasks being redundant. After implementing the ArgoMES system, all production-related data is recorded in the system, facilitating easy access to information for tracking raw materials, quality control, and real-time production monitoring.
